Escaping from the present, capturing furtive moments, dreaming of another reality, are a quest leading to the same end: to bring to light a world that is a little different, dreamy, offbeat, according to my very personal and particular vision.
A vision of a consistent, often poetic universe, revisited and influenced by an imagination nourished from childhood, where light and shadow come together, exacerbating the contrast between an enclosed space and an escape into the light: a window looking out, diffuse lighting in an opera box, a ray of sunlight through an awning…
Titled in this way, the series leaves everyone free to write their own story through ‘their’ chiaroscuro.
This series has been the subject of two exhibitions, one of which is still ongoing :
– from March to June 2024 at the Abri café boutique in Reims ;
– from 11 September to 9 November 2024 at the Constellation boutique, 23 rue Châtelaine in Laon.
